What Apple and their PhishLabs.com partner do next is never known - probably good policy as keeping methods and means secret is good "war strategy".
Then, be smart, don't panic when you receive any more of these critters and analyze them as you learned about in the articles. There is no way to stop them because the PhisherMen change return email addresses, links to websites and IPs often.
