Hi i been trying to send in my iPhone in for repairs via Apple website ?

Hi has anyone tried booking in a iPhone repair online ? As i'm new to this my iPhone 6s keeps playing up i was told from a friend to send it into apple they fix it for free ? So i been told anyway as i go to send it in to service section i keep getting a error it will not let me pass it is this normal for Apple? Below is the msg i get.

i've been stuck on the same problem for more than 1 week. it's weird that my friend can complete the whole online support process without any problem, but when it turns to me, nothing works anymore. I tried on different devices like my Mac, my iPhone, my iPad, and even in the computer lab of my school!! still failed to proceed with online service.

iPhone repairs may be covered by the one year limited warranty.

If you are using Safari to initiate a service request, deleting Apple cookies may help.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Remove All Website Data

Quit then relaunch Safari then click: Start a Service Request > https://www.apple.com/support/iphone/repair/other/
