iMessage and Facetime activation fails [iPhone 6plus, ios9.0.2)

iMessage and Facetime activation fails. I get a "waiting for activation" note that it lasts forever (more than 24h) and ultimately, "activation unsuccessful" comes up. Please note that I have already tried almost everything said/ suggested :/

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.0.2
