Can't use iMessage or FaceTime with phone number

Can't use iMessage or FaceTime with phone number

I can't find a way to activate my phone number for iMessage either FaceTime, when i go to the configurations of them it just show the emails and doens't give me a way to put the number, what can i do ?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.1
