I have a iPhone 5s, I cannot get the welcome screen to slide, so I can log on my passcode. I cannot turn it off either, the screen will not let me slide, the touch is not working or I cannot slide or touch any thing on the screen to make it operate. The phone will charge and connect to iTunes, but I cannot log on with my passcode. I slide my finger across the screen as usual, but nothing happens
