iPhone is basically a paper weight right now...

So i recently bought an iPhone 6S Plus Rose Gold 64GB, and no longer need my iPhone 5S Rose Gold 16GB. Well my dad accidentally went onto Find My iPhone and hit "Erase" for the iPhone 5S, thinking it would take it off of the Find My iPhone list, but while it was restoring, it ran out of battery, and every single time i turn it on it either goes to the apple logo with a landing bar that never moves, or the recovery mode screen. I have tried literally everything, recover mode restore, recovery mode update, DFU restore, DFU update, force restart, switching USB cables, switching USB ports, switching computers, updating iTunes, literally i have tried everything possible, and i get the same error of 4013, 4006, 4006, or some ridiculous error of why my
