Oct 21, 2015 6:13 PM in response to Looopyloo22by Looopyloo22,Surely it is theft. These items were bought and paid for legally.
And at no point did I agree to pay for them on a short term conditional lease!!

Change your iTunes Store country or region - Apple Support
What you need know before you change your country or region
When you change your iTunes Store country:
- You need to update your billing address to one in your new country. When you change your billing address, the primary address in your account at My Apple ID and your other Apple services, such as the App Store and iCloud, automatically updates.
- You might need to update your payment method. For example, only German credit cards can be used to buy content from the German iTunes Store and App Store.
- You won't see the items that you purchased from the previous country’s store in your Purchased section.
- You won’t see the items from your iCloud Music Library that you matched, uploaded, or added from the previous country’s store.
Also as per the Terms of Service for the iTunes Store you agreed to upon making use of the same:
As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Eligible Content, you may download certain of such previously-acquired Eligible Content onto any Associated Device. Some Eligible Content that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download at any given time, and Apple shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired Eligible Content, once you download an item of Eligible Content, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

Oct 22, 2015 8:41 AM in response to Looopyloo22by Phil0124,As long as they exist on your device they'll continue to function, and play fine. i.e currently downloaded items on your device are not affected.
They just will not show up in the Purchased list of the App Store App for future download or be updateable, until you change back to the country you bought them in.
Furniture is yours, you own it and can do with it as you please. Media content is not. Your are merely a licensee to the media content. You are licensed to use it under certain criteria and circumstances. The Media is actually owned by the rights owners. And since distribution, and copy right are handled differently in different countries, each developer or rights holder to media and apps, can choose where their content is available.

Why is music purchased while I lived in USA now missing from my iTunes library?
Because you deleted it from your computer?
