Just installed 12.3.1.23 and now the iTunes store just presents a scrambled banner across the top and a black screen. You can briefly see the correct screen as it loads but then is blanked out. Clicking on the banner brings up Demi Lovatos new album but the screen is completely scrambled. Win 7.1 (64), nVidia with latest driver.
Here is what it looks like. Just the top banner scrambled and then the whole rest of the screen is black.
Reinstall does not fix the problem. iTunes store is completely unusable since installing this update. It worked right before the update, literally minutes before.
Going back to the restore point right before the installation of 12.3.1.23 fixed the main iTunes store screen problem, when clicking on an album there is still some screen scrambling, this was introduced with the update to 12.3.0.44. This new version is not compatible with my computer. If any others have experienced this and found a solution please advise.

Having exactly same issue .... recently switched from OSX > Windows 10 .... really regretting it
I'm thinking this may be graphics card driver related even though I am using the latest version. Apple may have implemented something in this version that is incompatible with the driver. Are you using an nVidia card by chance?

I have a feeling we will see either a new nvidia driver or iTunes update within the next couple of days. Maybe both.
The past 2 driver releases have seen a few 'stopped responding' errors

Yup, same here! In the meantime rolling back to the previous iTunes does at least work although there is still some graphical issue but it's not too bad.
Your picture is exactly what my screen looks like. I updated both the Intel and nVidia drivers, but it did no good. I think this problem has been building, because ever since the last version of iTunes some of the graphics in the store looked strange.
Yes, if it is like my issue, even in the previous version, when you click on an album there is some strange vertical mirroring going on. i reported that then but there was nobody home on the other end apparently as I never got any responses of any kind. I do think it is an interaction between the latest versions of iTunes and the latest nVidia drivers.
I think our problem is the same. In the previous iTunes version I had vertical mirroring in the store. I certainly hope Apple will pay attention and get this fixed.
