What the heck is this site all about.....??
Got this email today from it looked like apple. I immediately changed my password.
Is this a bogus link?

Yes, it is a fake site, designed to steal your credentials. If you entered any details on that page please visit https://appleid.apple.com/ and use the Manage your Apple ID link to reset your password. You should also inform your credit card company and have them block the card and issue a new one. See also Identifying fraudulent "phishing" email - Apple Support.
I've asked the hosts to edit out your link, but this is what the page looked like. It should be clear that they've asked for too much information, some of which Apple wouldn't have had in the first place like your social security number.
