Q: GPS problem iPhone 6S

I have the same problem. Navigon 30 mins satellites ok, next 30 mins every few secs GPS signal lost. In Waze the same, in Google maps the same, the point on the map is drifting. In native maps better, seems not to be affected, but I have not so much experiences with native maps.

iPhone 6S, iOS 9.02 and 9.1

I have the same. Dont know if its 9.1 or if its 6S. Both are new and at the same time. I NEVER lost satellite connection in my car before with iPhone 6, 5S, 5, 4S, 4 besides when driving under bridges or in cities with tall buildings. With 6S and IOS 9.1 I loose satellite when driving in the country.

I have iphone 6s and ios 9.1, it's been happening on all previous versions on iP6s. It was OK on my iPhone 5s.

Ja sem si dneska mechal zavolat a typek rikal at vydrzim, ze zatim to neni nejak ve velkym hlaseny, ale ze kdyz toho bude vic, ze kdyztak bude mozny to resit pres centralu jako vetsi problem. Zatim mi doporucil nahrat telefon jako novy a kdyztak zkusit skocit na ceskyservis, kde udelaj diagnostiku - mela by byt v ramci zaruky zdarma co mi rekli na helpdesku.

I called Apple care today as you did, the same result as you. So I tried new iOS installation. We will see.

Hello, I have a same problem with GPS. Today I go to applestore in Dresden, where I got the NEW iphone 6s with IOS 9.1 and during my way to home I lost GPS signal many times...in open area....

Wondering if it's network related as I could not reproduce the bug using another carrier on my phone (granted I didn't try for very long...) and it seems that disabling 4G usage "solves" the bug

I use T-Mobile - Czech republic (iphone 6s -ios 9.1)

I Live in Denmark, use Telenor AS carrier.

I got fed up with this probkem so I went back to using my iPhone 6 again, reinstalled the latest backup from my faulty iPhone 6S.

Despite that I used the backup from iPhone 6S, the iPhone 6 has perfect GPS-reception.

So it must be hardware related or specific IOS 9 - iPhone 6S - interaction
