Iphone Won't show on itunes but charges on Computer

I'm on iOS 8.4.1 newest verison of Itunes, and my device charges but it doesn't show up on Itunes. Whenever I launch itunes without plugging in my device it runs smooth but I don't see my device still, when I start it up with the device already plugged in, It goes "Unresponsive" I have tried Numerous outcomes, Installed/Uninstalled, Device Manager, Computer management, All of those. Any other Suggestions? I'm trying to sync new music and life becomes boring without my music! I Appreciate it thank you!

Hello WestsidaQ,
I understand that you are having issues with your iPhone showing up in iTunes. I also know that it can be frustrating after all the troubleshooting you have done so far. Let's see if we can get it sorted out.
I would start with taking a look at the articles below. Compare it what you have already done with. I know you have uninstalled iTunes, but I am not sure if you uninstalled everything in the correct order. One other thing to take a look at is if you have any third party software that might conflict with this as well.
