I understand that you are having issues with your iPhone showing up in iTunes. I also know that it can be frustrating after all the troubleshooting you have done so far. Let's see if we can get it sorted out.
I would start with taking a look at the articles below. Compare it what you have already done with. I know you have uninstalled iTunes, but I am not sure if you uninstalled everything in the correct order. One other thing to take a look at is if you have any third party software that might conflict with this as well.
