Q: How to change Wi-Fi password

Hi. I need to change Wi-Fi password for my Airtel connection as I feel someone in the neighbourhood is consuming almost all my monthly internet data. Whenever I try to change the password on Airport utility, the screen displays there is no base station configured. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Airport Utility would only be used if your wireless router were an Apple AirPort device. If you do have an Apple AirPort wireless router, what is the model number of the product?

It sounds like your router has been provided to you by Airtel. If that is the case, then you would need to contact customer support at Airtel to find out how to change the password on your Airtel router.

I just talked to Airtel people. As I don't have LAN cable, they will send someone to my home to sort the issue out. Thanks a lot Mr. Timmons.
