It sounds like your iPhone 4 can't connect to your Wi-Fi network at home, and you've tried several troubleshooting steps already.
Since the iPhone connects to other networks, next try resetting the Airport base station you're using to share the Wi-Fi connection at home. You can follow the steps in Resetting an AirPort base station FAQ.
