Q: Iwatch was paired and functioning well. Suddenly it stated that it was not connected. Blue tooth on iPhone cannot see it. I switched off watch and I when I switched on again it requested pairing. Status on phone says that Iwatch is already. Cannot proceed

Hi
Try unpairing your watch from your iPhone via the Apple Watch app: My Watch > Apple Watch > Unpair Apple Watch.
Then pair them again, following the normal process, choosing to restore your watch from backup when the option is offered:
