Mac Pro Late 2013 Randomly Rebooting Again and on a different machine

I have a Mac Pro Late 2013 and it's been randomly rebooting. I have an UAD Apollo Quad audio interface and a G-Drive and a MyBook as peripherals. I've already run a Hardware Test and nothing appears to be wrong with it. I'm on OS 10.9.5. I had that happen to me once before on a different machine and it turned out it was a faulty hard drive. I stopped using it and everything went back to normal.

Here's the link to my kernell panic report:

Can anyone help?

Many thanks!

Did you post this before in another discussion? I ask because someone posted a panic and it included items 1 and 2 below as last loaded kexts

  1. com.paceap.kext.pacesupport.snowleopard 5.9.1
  2. com.digidesign.iokit.DigiDal 11.3.1f4
  3. com.uaudio.driver.UAD2System 8.1.3

The third one is also an non-Apple kext

Sometimes non-apple kexts cause problem after updates since they need to be updated.

Can you unplug the devices that use #s 2 and 3?

  1. USB Device: iLok
  2. USB Device: Oxygen 49

I suspect 3 is for

Thunderbolt Device: Thunderbolt 2 Option Card, Universal Audio, Inc., 3, 24.1
