Is there any chance for downloading old versions of apps?

Like facebook, twitter, skype for ios6.

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.6

Yes. Download the Current version of the App to iTunes on a computer, and then follow these instructions to get the compatible version for your iPod:

Install the latest compatible version of an app on an earlier version of iOS or OS X - Apple Support
