Q: my iphone 6 texts to an android are not being received recently

Recently my texts on my iphone 6 to an android galaxy 5 are not being received. Seems to have quit about the time i upgraded the ops system to 9.0. Both of us are on att.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

if the above link doesn't help then you need to contact AT&T as text message is a carrier feature to resolve the issue.
