icloud failure 2343 with windows 10 & ms office 2016

I am having the same problem.

Currently running Windows 10 64 bit. Attempted to update through "Apple Software Update" but failed. Therefore attempted to "download only" through apple software update but also failed. Downloaded from apple.com but also failed.

Error 2343 pops up and I am now no longer able to uninstall iCloud either through the "settings" "uninstall app"

Some assistance would be great, thanks.

This information is from the latest update of iCloud for Windows.

iCloud for Windows v5 requires:

• Microsoft Windows 7 or later
• Outlook 2007 or later or iCloud.com
  (for Mail, Contacts, Calendars). Outlook 2016 is not supported.
• Internet Explorer 10 or later, Firefox 22 or later, or Google Chrome 28 or
  later (for Bookmarks)

As you can see, it states it will not support Outlook 2016.

None, wait until iCloud supports Office 2016

I had to back out my Office 2016 and install Office 2013 on my Windows 10 PC and now iCloud will once again sync with Outlook. Hopefully Apple will get iCloud working for Office 2016 so I can upgrade sooner then later 🙂
