Numbers iOS version 2.6 on iPhone 6 tapping a cell doesn't bring up copy, cut past options

After updating Numbers to the latest version (2.6) and running iOS 9.0.2 on my iPhone 6 I can no longer copy, cut or paste cells in a spreadsheet. Before this update I could tap a cell once to launch a toolbar with these options, tap on copy and then move to another cell, tap on it once to launch the toolbar and past the contents, along with formatting, etc. to the new cell. Is there a trick to doing this with the new version, or did Apple do away with this option?
