you will need to get that info from your ex boyfriend, if not the phone is useless to you.
Have your ex do the steps in this link. When he is done, you will be able to activate
the iPhone with your own AppleID.
Prepare your device to sell or give away
If you purchased the iPhone new and can prove it with a receipt showing the serial
number of the iPhone, take that receipt and the iPhone to the nearest Apple store
where they may assist you.
If your ex will not co-operate and you bought the iPhone used, Apple will not assist and
the iPhone will remain useless as long as it is Activation Lock to his AppleID and passcode.
I cannot unlock my iphone. My ex-boyfriend's apple id was the one register on my iphone.
