won't stop searching for iCloud music library

I installed the latest version of El Capitan today (10.11.1) and now when I go to iTunes and choose My Music, the gear is constantly turning and it says "Loading iCloud Music Library." It's been doing that for hours now. Tried restarting iTunes and restarting the computer. Still won't stop.
