Q: how do I delete a mail account

How do I delete an email account and re-enter it? I need to change incoming server name, but it's grayed out.

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Right click the mailbox and select Delete Mailbox. Looks similar to:

To delete an account go to System Preferences>Internet Accounts, select the account you wish to remove and press the minus sign (bottom of the lefthand panel). The account will be deleted and (if it is an IMAP account) the emails will reappear, if it is POP they will not, so backup first in that case.
