I don't want to just remove audio books from my iPhone. I want to remove them from MY COMPUTER. I used to do this all the time. Now, I can't figure it out anymore. Something has changed. How do I do it?

If you want to remove an audiobook from your iTunes library and computer, then simply delete the file, and select the option to also delete it from your computer.
Delete an item from your library
Click the item to select it, and press the Delete key.
Click Delete [item].
Do one of the following:
Remove the item only from your iTunes library: Click Keep File.
Delete the item from your computer: Click Move to Recycle Bin. The item is removed the next time you empty the Recycle Bin.
iTunes 12 for Windows: Delete songs, playlists, or other items
