Problems when backup iphone with itunes

Hi Community

Would like to seek help in urgent. I want to backup my iphone 5s with itunes but failed. Have already tried below suggestions thu online:

1. uninstall itunes reinstall, and reboot the pc but still stuck in step 2 of 4 for more than X hours

2. tried "netsh winsock reset" but failed, it said i need to do it as administrator role but cannot do it as well

3. cross checked my pc space and any anti-virus software affected the backup and all setting are fine

I am using windows7 and struggles on the backup on the second day already. see if anyone can have some suggestion to me
