How to subscribe a year plan via family pack ?

I want to subscribe 7.99 for 12 month 7.99*12 something like that.

 

Who know how to do that please give me an idea.

Or I bought iTunes gift card and redeem it.

    If I understand right, you want to pay for a year of Apple Music at once instead of being billed monthly.
     

    Apple Music is an iTunes Store subscription that renews monthly after the 3-month free trial ends. If you want to pay for a year up front, you could buy an iTunes gift card and redeem it to your (or the Family Organizer's) iTunes Store account.

    You can use store credit to pay for your Apple Music membership, but you must have enough store credit for your first renewal.
