Activity not tracking move calories and over counting exercise time

Since two days ago, my activity has been unable to track any calories in the Move goal. Even though I ran 4 miles yesterday, it recorded that I only burned 38 calories. However, it recorded that my exercise time as 700 minutes! I only ran for 40 minutes.

Today, it says I only burnt 23 calories today and that I did 710 minutes of exercising even though I did none. All my activity was from walking...

I reset the watch and unpaired and paired the watch. Not sure if it solves the problem. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this. Thanks!

Hello, Alex.. thanks for the answer.

I've calibrated the watch using 20 min of outdoor run with GPS and 20 min of outdoor walk with GPS. No improvement. The watch is still counting my normal moves as 'exercise' and logging 10 or 12 calories a day for my 'move.

I reset and erased all calibration data before doing the calibration, it did not help.

I reset the watch. No improvement.

What should I do next?
