hi guys, so after reading this thread, I'm actually glad I am not the only one experiencing this. So any avail fix? I've been having this problem for a week now. So frustrating I cant download apps. I even lost my photos cuz I tried restoring the phone
Apple replaced my 6 plus in the store and it came with 8.4.1. I haven't updated and haven't had any issues. i can't update though.

Nov 5, 2015 9:07 AM in response to seant23by CameraLaw,Here’s an excellent article from Forbes about the need for Apple to slow down updates and allow users a longer window to downgrade to earlier iOS versions. http://www.forbes.com/forbes/welcome/

No, that's not a Apple site.

It just means I filed a bug report with Apple. Engineers sometimes follow up on these (or they are closed as duplicates, or ignored.) Openradar is a place where you can make the contents of your private bug reports public.

Nov 6, 2015 3:52 AM in response to Drashad86by Andyjt5000,Hi all,
Is anyone else having or knows how to solve the issue I'm currently experiencing.
Whenever I try to download an app I enter my password as usual and then I'm asked to add 3 security questions to my account, which I do I'm then told that the app will download. I then get the same message saying I need to add 3 security questions to my account. This process keep happening over and over and the app never downloads.
I'm using my iPhone 5S and I'm on the dreaded iOS 9.1. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Nov 6, 2015 4:57 AM in response to seant23by AidilynPerez,You mean your phone was replaced in the store itself? I went to the service provider a while ago. I don't think they know what they're doing. I did not get a proper answer from them.

Nov 6, 2015 8:00 AM in response to Drashad86by OldHorn666,I live in Finland. I don't know what to do with my phone, who to contact! I've paid almost 700€ on this phone, and this is the second time Apple does something with their updates, that blocks using my iPhone like it's supposed to use. And worst thing is that Apple hasn't said ANYTHING! Not the first time, not now! This is stupid, and I'm starting to think giving up Apple products all together.

Nov 6, 2015 10:17 AM in response to Drashad86by charleyfoster,Just adding to the critical mass: Soon after upgrading my 6 plus to ios 9.1 Apple Music 'For You' and 'New' screens look normal but nothing will play. MY Music Library and Playlists are suddenly empty of content. Third party apps now freeze up as soon as they are opened. I can no longer open links in emails. I Have tried rebooting and resetting and signing out and in to cloud and itunes numerous times to no avail. Music content later appeared but nothing will play. Some 3d party apps now work somewhat, but cannot be updated.

Nov 6, 2015 12:01 PM in response to Drashad86by trl81,I too am having the exact same issues as reported in this issue and the Apple Store sent me home with no solutions. This bug broke my phone so I hope Apple gets a solution to this ASAP.

You went to the Apple Store and you were told "Go home, we have no solution." Amazing.
