Nov 18, 2015 10:38 AM in response to m.bagnasaccoby Jackleg23,Just to be clear, what always works for me is signing out, rebooting, then signing back in and things would work normal for an undetermined amount of time until it fails again. But yeah, the best thing to do is wait and see and I really hope along with everyone else here that's things are back to normal.

Nov 18, 2015 10:46 AM in response to Jackleg23by ktorster,For the record, my test device has never worked until now, regardless of how many times I would reboot or log out and back in to things.

Nov 18, 2015 12:02 PM in response to Furtadofanby Gcubed81,Please everyone keep testing and letting us know over hours. We need a few people and maybe a few days for the likes of some of us who are stuck on ios 9.02. I can't give up 9.02 without certainty that it is working or I'm real screwed. I can get most of my stuff to work on 9.02 or otherwise I'm like all of you. Been like this for over 3 weeks.

Nov 18, 2015 12:17 PM in response to Gcubed81by charleyfoster,My phone had not worked correctly for any amount of time after being struck by the 'bug' several weeks ago. I have been using the alternative apple i.d. as a workaround. This morning on the strength of the comments here and on another thread I've been following I reverted to my original i.d. and for the last 4 hours my phone has behaved perfectly. I'm feeling pretty confident at this point. Still watching the threads though, for any hint of relapse.

Nov 18, 2015 1:08 PM in response to Drashad86by brianmatute,Well, after read you guys; i tried again: log out my alternative family sharing account, reboot and log again with my primary app store account. IT WORKS! App Store works again, purchased list works, iTunes Match works, In-App restoring too. But see, i made this trick before, and it works for just few hours, so, before to consider this bug fixed, we have to wait a couple days.
I have to say: its working on my iPad Air 2 with iOS 9.1 and works too, on my iPhone with iOS 9.2 Beta 4. It seems iOS version was not the problem. I hope this fix last forever.

Lets wait and see how long it lasts for before I can call back my support specialist and say it's fixed.

Nov 18, 2015 1:26 PM in response to Drashad86by smnlo,At lunch time today, without doing anything my IPad mini started working as normal. The last Apple advisor I talked to last Saturday called me tonight and said they've been working hard on the issue until today. 3 different factors were the cause. He left me his phone and email and advised to get in touch with him ISPs any sign of malfunction would ever occur. Fingers crossed, I won't update my IPhone from 8.4.1 just yet, but the IPad on 9.1 is ok. Nice meeting you all here... Better go now, I have catching up to do on magazine subscriptions to read and tons of Beats 1 show to listen to... Hooray!

Nov 18, 2015 1:31 PM in response to smnloby Jackleg23,This all sounds very encouraging. I'm actually using a test account right now that an Apple Senior Advisor gave me and things have always worked for that but if everyone's account here is still working after a couple of days I'll probably just switch back to my regular account.

Nov 18, 2015 1:51 PM in response to Drashad86by Jazzmast3r,Came by today to see if there was any new developments in light of the 9.2 beta 4 release today, and after reading the latest comments decided to hard reboot and check the app store and the Settings>iTunes & App Store>> Password Settings is now visible again. During the app store issues the menu setting was only momentarily visible after a power off, or a hard reboot. It 's only been 10 min since my iPhone gave the impression that the issues are fixed - but I'm cautious to accept the fix as permanent because things have worked before, but only for 1 min or less, so 10 minutes is good.
I'll have to see if this fix sticks for 24 hours.
I did not sign out of any accounts because I've had issues signing back in. So although the apple ID/app store issue appears to be resolved - I am not going to sign out unless this fix stays working for the next 24 hours. Still, the result of whatever Apple did with their servers is very promising - and this may have been the fix we have been waiting for. Having learned the hard way, I would caution that if you have 9.02 on your device and everything is working - Do Not Update to 9.1! Wait and see how things look tomorrow, or by the end of the week.

Nov 18, 2015 7:25 PM in response to Jazzmast3rby Worx101,Just did a sign out/hard reboot/sign in and now it's working.
This would work sometimes and then fail after about a day... Will update again if it fails.
