Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid

From yesterday I see error message "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid" everytime I try to open any YouTube link from Safari, everytime I try to authorise in any app by using browser authorisation, and so on. This message displays everytime, when iOS give me a quastion "Open this page in "YouTube"? (Facebook, Google+, etc.)

It starts from yesterday. I wosn't update anything or reinstall apps. By the way, reinstalling apps, clearing Safari data, rebooting device not helping. I see this error on my iPad Air (iOS 9.0.2), iPhone 5c (iOS 9.0.2), iPhone 5s (iOS 9.0.2).

On screenshot I was trying open youtube link from twitter for example. iPad ask me Open this page in YouTube? I say Yes and see this error message again.
