It looks like apps are closing unexpectedly and the touchscreen doesn't respond sometimes on your iPhone. There are a number of steps we can go through to help with these issues.
First, update to the latest iOS version (9.1)--Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If the same things keep happening, these Support articles are a good starting point for troubleshooting:
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch

Oct 24, 2015 2:05 PM in response to Calv10by medvidfromglendale,So if you have a problem with the digitizer try restarting your iPhone. And after when it works try to update to the latest software update. Are they any specific apps that are closing unexpectedly or are all apps affected?
