Q: When I go to save a word document the screen pops up and the bottom is cut off.  I need to be able to create a new folder and cannot see the icon

when I go to save a Microsoft word document using the "save as" prompt the screen comes up, but it is cut off at the bottom.  This is a problem because I want to save the document under a new file folder but cannot get to the prompt to be able to do this.  I have tried everything to get to the bottom of that screen but nothing seems to work.

    1. You can minimize the Save As screen:

    2. You resize the Save As screen from the bottom edge.

    3. You can hide your Dock and move the window down.

    4. You can use a higher screen resolution:

You've no doubt found the solution, but for future reference to others, I found this solution on this forum under a different thread, which worked perfectly for me: Move the cursor to the right edge of the Save As dialogue box, then hold the shift key down and move the cursor to the left, the save as dialogue box should now reduce in size proportionally in width and height.
