Push iOS firmware updates from Profile Manager

Hi,

I've recently set up several iOS mobile devices for my company through OS X Server Profile Manager. For about the past week, I've been trying to figure out how to update several devices currently running iOS 9.0.1 to 9.0.2. Now that iOS 9.1 is out, I'll need to update the firmware on all the devices.

the problem is that the devices don't seem to recognize that there is a new firmware. In Profile Manager, under the About section of each device, the "OS, Built-in App, System Data File, and Security Updates" section continues to say "No Updates Available," while the Software Version at the top reads 9.0.1.

In the gear menu below, clicking "Update Info" doesn't seem to do anything either. I've been told that this menu should include an "Install Updates" option, if there were updates to install. This option is not listed in the gear menu.

How do I get Profile Manager and my iOS devices to recognize that there is an available firmware update?

Mac mini, OS X Server, OS X 10.11.1, iOS 9.0.1, iOS 9.0.2
