Today installed an update to El Capitan that just came out in hopes that this issue will be addressed. Nope.

Performed NVRAM and SMC resets. No luck. powercfg /a still reports that other than Hibernate and Shutdown nothing else is available.

El Capitan screwed firmware. I will try Apple Support, but those guys the moment they hear bootcamp and Windows drop the phone and walk out 😟 Just like they did with Hyber-V support.

Thank you Loner T for your help.

Can you check Device Manager if you have any missing drivers in Device Manager (yellow triangles with exclamation)? It is usually indicative of missign ACPI drivers.
