My phone has been on the white apple screen for about a day now. Nothing I do makes it reboot or turn off. I really need to go to the Apple store or get a new phone.. will I be able to get a replacement phone at Apple?
Yes. If they are unable to fix the phone they will offer you a replacement. It will be free if the phone is still in warranty.
All iPhones come with warranty, right?
One year warranty is standard. If you had purchased Apple Care it extends it by another year to 2 years.
