Take it in for a free 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test and go from there.

Desktopstasks are numbered in the order they are created. That show task #1 died, while running init, which only runs when Mac OS X is being started up.
You either have a hardware problem, as leroydouglas suggested, or your attempt to Install El Capitan installed a damaged image that immediately panics.
You can try to boot into Recovery, and use Disk Utility ( Repair Disk) to fix up the drive. If it does the same thing again, you will probably have to re-install 10.11 El Capitan.
Do you have a Trusted Backup?
