Q: How do I set Outlook as the default email application without first setting up my email in Apple Mail?
How do I set Outlook as the default email application in El Capitan without first setting up my email in Apple Mail? The support article HT201607: Set the default email app and web browser on your Mac unhelpfully notes that it is a setting in the Apple Mail application, but you can't access Mail preferences until you set up an account in it. Clearly this is the opposite of what I want to do. Any ideas?
