I find one mention on Apple's website that it is. But everywhere else, it states that iCloud is compatible with "Windows 7 or 8."
The Apple site previously stated that Windows 10 was not supported with iCloud 4 and I've seen many posts about people having trouble making the two work together. Just want to make sure this has been addressed in iCloud 5 before I make the jump to Windows 10. I rely heavily on iCloud for my syncing!

Yes it is. Apple updated the following site yesterday System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support and it now indicates it is compatible with Windows 10.
While is is compatible with Windows 10, note the following quote from Download iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
iCloud for Windows currently supports Outlook 2007 through Outlook 2013. If you use Outlook 2016, you can access iCloud Mail, Contacts, and Calendars on iCloud.com.
Thanks, FoxFifth. I was pretty sure iCloud 5.0 would work with Windows 10 and I have now confirmed that it does.
Now hopefully Apple addresses the incompatibility with Office 2016.
