iMac
I'm getting the same message too.
Specifically it mentions a1895.phobos.apple.com as the server and websitedown.info states that it is down.
Anyone have any idea how to get iTunes to point to a different phobos server?
I ran into this issue a few days ago but it looks like Apple had fixed it on their end. You should try it to see if it works for you now.
Yep , looks as if it fixed, happy to say, keep up the good work Apple.
It was fixed but is now back again; different phobos server this time.
Right you are, Macnaus. I tried to update 20 apps today and one of them ended up with this error. I wonder if it's the same apps or different for each person. What are the apps giving you problems? Maybe we can start a list, we can try to download each other's problem app to see if we can replicate. My problem app (for now) is:
Wootie
Hi Thumbmaster, Wootie doesn't work for me either same error, although yet another phobos server named this time.
My current failing app is Kiwi - Q&A, can you give it a try?
FYI Wootie is dated Oct 27th for it's update and Kiwi - Q&A is dated the 26th
Doesn't work for me. Error from phobos server a1368. So it's starting to look like the problem is linked to specific apps on their servers. Can others having this issues corroborate?
