If you can't sign into your Apple ID on your iOS devices, first be sure to restart the devices and try again.
Next, try signing in to My Apple ID from a web browser. If you can sign in there, change your password and try again on your iOS devices--Change your Apple ID password.
If you still can't sign in on your devices, where are you entering your password? For example, are you going to settings, or is there a pop up asking for your password?
Let us know and we'll go from there.
