Q: It says I got the new update but I don't have any of the new emojis.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It is my understanding you do not see the emojis after you updated the iOS. I would recommend you read this article, it should be helpful in troubleshooting your issue. 

Use emoji (emoticons) on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Make sure that the emoji keyboard is turned on:

1. Tap Settings > General > Keyboard.
2. Tap Keyboards.
3. Tap Add New Keyboard.
4. Tap Emoji.
