Help me!

I am trying to update my YouTube app but it keeps telling me to Verify my credit card information and I just entered all my information about 10 times and it just keeps saying the same thing, "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method." I don't understand why this is happening, everything entered is correct! It also is saying that "There's billing problem with a previous purchase. Please update payment information." Which I did but still nothing. How do I resolve this and how can I stop this purchase?

I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be to be unable to update your iPhone's apps due to an issue with your credit card. Let's see if we can get you back up and running.
