App Ratings And Reviews Not Showing - BUG?

Problem Description:
Hi All - I'm wondering if anyone else is witnessing this same behaviour and / or if you were able to resolve the issue....
I use a Windows 10 PC with iTunes v12.3.123 - after logging in I do the following:
Click my Account name in iTunes -> Select Account Info -> Re-enter my iTunes password -> Now in account information -> Under Settings -> Click Manage for Reviews and Ratings -> Can see all my reviews and ratings...
...however....om my brand spanking new iPhone 6s Plus I am unable to see my reviews at:
Settings -> iTunes & App Stores -> Apple ID: example@example.com -> Select View Apple ID FROM Popup window -> Enter password and OK for Sign in to iTunes Store popup -> Ratings and Reviews -> NOTHING????.....
...OR by ending up at the same destination by going through:
App Store -> Apple ID: example@example.com -> Select View Apple ID FROM Popup window -> Enter password and OK for Sign in to iTunes Store popup -> Ratings and Reviews -> NOTHING????
All it says is "Swipe to remove a rating or review".
Things I have tried:
- I have logged out and logged back in
- Re sync
- Re-entering account information including payment details etc etc etc...
My partner has also purchased a smaller model iPhone 6s just recently and is not one to go playing with any settings. I sent an app review from her phone using her account with the same end result being no app reviews to view on the phone in the previously mentioned paths.
So ......my phone can send app ratings and reviews which after a certain waiting period (for moderation I assume) display in the app page for the app I have reviewed.....can be seen in iTunes on my Windows 10 PC....BUT cannot be seen on the iPhone.
Is this a bug perhaps? Can anyone else confirm this.
