Q: How to clear all data in iCloud ?

How can I clear all data in my iCloud account.

It is showing that my mails consuming arround 3.7 GB space in iCloud.

But I can't see my old mails for deleting.

Now only a few MBs left in my iCloud account out of 5 GB.

Sign into iCloud on a computer and delete your backup if you are sure you do not need them -

Best to back up your phone to iTunes before

Once your iCloud storage is available - you can back up your phone again and hopefully it will reflect the real content that you choose to back up

    Thanks for the reply sir.

I tried to login to icloud from my PC. While taking mail after logging to https://www.icloud.com/   it is showing only a few mails.

The old mails are not at all displaying.

So I am not able to clear it. In iCloud it is showing that 3.2 GB is consuming for my mails. But I can't clear it just because it is not showing older mails.

Is there any solution for this. My iCloud memory is almost full just because of this 3.2 GB mail.

It is showing to extend my storage by paying money. Is there any way to freeup this memory used by mail and use it without extending memory.

    Thanks.

If you are on a PC - download the iCloud console for Windows

That should allow you to view and delete the back up

    Sir,

I have Windows 10 running on my PC.

I downloaded the latest version of iTunes and installed it.

I took a backup of my iPhone and iPad on my PC.

Now can you please tell me where is the option in iTunes to delete all contents in that 5GB remote space.

is there any options like "CLEAR ALL CONTENTS' / "RESET SPACE" in iCloud.

I didn't find any option in iCloud.

    Please help.

    Thanks...

Jyothi - I said "iCloud Console" NOT iTunes

    Download the iCloud console here

Once it is downloaded you should be able to see the back up and delete it -

    Sir,

I will share a picture of my iCloud app so that you can understand the situation.

I am getting only one option that is 'manage'.

By clicking it I am getting a small window as you can see in the inserted snapshot.

But there is absolutely nothing in the opened small window.

I cant understand what it actually mean...

    Sir,

After restarting  my PC I got a new windows by clicking on 'Storage'.

    I am sending the snapshot.

But here I can able to delete WhatsApp data, backups etc.

But no Option to delete mail data which is consuming almost 3.2 GB.

It is showing like to free space I have to delete data in junk and trash.

There is not a single mail in these.

It is not showing older mails also when I login through firefox to mail.

I am totally fed up with this iCloud space.

It is showing like I have to pay Rs.65 per month for more space.

It will be better if they build it with simple options that can be understandable by common people.

Just see the snapshot andUntitled.jpg please help me.

You cannot actually see the mail - it just tells you that mail is occupying 3.2 GB of your storage. In the picture you sent - when you first log into iCloud - UN check the mail back up option

That will free up space - but you will have to find another way to back up your mail.

I have a MAC. Is there a comprable program as the iCloud console you refer to for a PC?

    Thank you.
