Best to back up your phone to iTunes before
Once your iCloud storage is available - you can back up your phone again and hopefully it will reflect the real content that you choose to back up

Oct 24, 2015 9:03 AM in response to ManSinhaby jyothismenon,Thanks for the reply sir.
I tried to login to icloud from my PC. While taking mail after logging to https://www.icloud.com/ it is showing only a few mails.
The old mails are not at all displaying.
So I am not able to clear it. In iCloud it is showing that 3.2 GB is consuming for my mails. But I can't clear it just because it is not showing older mails.
Is there any solution for this. My iCloud memory is almost full just because of this 3.2 GB mail.
It is showing to extend my storage by paying money. Is there any way to freeup this memory used by mail and use it without extending memory.
Thanks.

Now can you please tell me where is the option in iTunes to delete all contents in that 5GB remote space.
is there any options like "CLEAR ALL CONTENTS' / "RESET SPACE" in iCloud.
I didn't find any option in iCloud.
Please help.
Thanks...

I will share a picture of my iCloud app so that you can understand the situation.
I am getting only one option that is 'manage'.
By clicking it I am getting a small window as you can see in the inserted snapshot.
But there is absolutely nothing in the opened small window.
I cant understand what it actually mean...

After restarting my PC I got a new windows by clicking on 'Storage'.
I am sending the snapshot.
But here I can able to delete WhatsApp data, backups etc.
But no Option to delete mail data which is consuming almost 3.2 GB.
It is showing like to free space I have to delete data in junk and trash.
There is not a single mail in these.
It is not showing older mails also when I login through firefox to mail.
I am totally fed up with this iCloud space.
It is showing like I have to pay Rs.65 per month for more space.
It will be better if they build it with simple options that can be understandable by common people.
