Q: 3D Touch doesn't work on 6s with 9.0.2 software

Just bought iPhone 6s. Downloaded 9.0.2 software. I can't get my 3D Touch to work. I get the dancing apps with the X in the corner. Any suggestions?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2

Thanks for the article. I've been playing around with the pressure and I get to the point where the app "pops" out but no short cut menu shows up. I'm specifically referring to the camera app.

3D touch only work on a few apps Email / Apps Store
As time goes by more apps will be updated to work with 3D
