Wifi Grayed out
when i am using ios 9.0.1 its alright and when i upgraded it to ios 9.1 my wifi button gone grayed and doesnot open again

Restore the phone as a NEW device. If the WiFi is still not working, bring the phone to Apple as you likely have a hardware problem.
