Seriously need help with loops in LE9

Running LE 9.1.8 on Brand New Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

Recently installed LE9 and none of the loops copy over. So I tried re-indexing, nothing worked. Then I copied the Apple Loops folder to an external harddrive, then dropped it in the loops browser and bam. It worked. Everything was there EXCEPT the **** Cymbal loops. That's really the only reason I wanted to get these loops back. The cymbals are literally the only loops i use. So does anyone have a solution? I am so mad right now, I swear I will NEVER buy another Apple product as long as live! 😠
