I am in need of some help. I recently discovered that my daughters iPAD does not track her Safari browsing history. I have looked through the previous help and cannot seem to find how to fix it. The iOS that it is currently using is 9.1 (so up to date). I have looked under settings > Safari and there is no option for Private Browsing. I do not have restrictions turned on. No matter what I do Safari history is always empty.
