Hi everybody ! I have iPad 2 wifi +gsm
I have got test for this devices , but i can not enable it on the debug mod.
I do next steps settings -> safari-> advanced-> and i can enable only javascript or web inspector.

How can I enable debug mod ?

Googling iPad debug mode it's for deveolpers and it's only on a program on your computer. Do you want me to ask the hosts to move your question to the Developer Forum ?
I have never seen this before on a iPAD. I translated your screenshot and will post it below. Hopefully someone knows.
It looks like Debug Console was removed in iOS 6 (which is why it shows on the iPad 1), or possibly iOS 5 - it was replaced with Settings > Safari > Advanced > Web Inspector, with debugging now being done by connecting the iPad to a computer (by cable) and using the Debug menu on Safari on that computer for debugging.
How can i run apps on OS X ( from debag in sofari) with Ipad ( web ispector ) ?
I need this menu on devices because i need run this apps in develop mode and do tests with this mode!!
I can not do it because i can not run this menu!
How can i run this app on os x ??
The web inspector setting (and the debug console option on old iOS versions) is for debugging websites on Safari.
Are you trying to debug a website on Safari on your iPad, or an app that you've developed ? If a website then enabling the Develop menu in Safari on your computer (Advanced tab in Safari's Preferences), connecting the iPad to that computer, opening the website on Safari on your iPad, and opening a new tab in Safari on the computer, should let you debug that site
Safari's debugging tools aren't what you need.
I'm not a developer, but have you got Xcode installed on your Mac : https://developer.apple.com/support/debugging/ ?

If Apple wanted you to be able to use it, they wouldn't have hidden it.
I did test app.
one of the conditions was enable debug mod. In ipad 2 i can not enable this mod =(( but I can enable this mod in ipad 1 ( why ?)
when i will be startup app I must see into app qa mod ( for test) But i can not see it because I can not enable this debug
