Q: Restrict Phone Settings from Being Erased
Restrictions mode seems to be rendered useless given that you can simply go Settings-->General-->Reset-->Reset all Settings. Is there anyway to make it harder to do this?

Resetting all settings doesn't erase the restriction passcode. Once a restriction passcode is set, the only way to remove it is to restore from a previous backup without the passcode or factory reset the entire phone and set up as new.
